$500 UberSignal Scholarship

Describe your most meaningful achievement and how it relates to your field of study.

Qualifications:

• Must be a legal resident of the United States or hold a valid student visa.
• Must be currently enrolled in, or accepted, to a full-time undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university, college or school in the United States.

How to Apply:

• Write a 500-word essay answering the following question: Describe your most meaningful achievement and how it relates to your field of study.
• Email your essay to scholarship@ubersignal.com as a Microsoft Word document on or before December 1st, 2017.
• Email must include: Full Name, Address, Phone Number, School Name, GPA (if currently attending), Date of Birth, and Parent/Guardian Name (if under 18).
• Please only 1 submission per person.
